Lisa Long presents some insightful answers to some very good questions. . More OBE and Time Jumping Dear Lisa, How can I travel Out of my Body? Everyone travels out of their body at times. That's one of the ways little kids have nightmares, they are traveling in the astral. The idea is to be conscious of the fact when you are already out, so you can direct your travels if you wish, but, Out of Body is not the answer. When you go out of your body, in your astral body, into the astral plane, you are just traveling around the room or around the Universe. You are still limited. It's like trading one set of limitations for another. When you go in, inside your consciousness, deeper and deeper, farther and farther... inside. You meet God, you meet yourself. You free yourself of all limitations, you are the room, you are the Universe, and more ... Have you had other experiences? Many, I have also Time Jumped several times. Once, where I was in my body, in my bed, in the future, and also conscious that the memories I was experiencing had not happened yet. That flipped me back to being in my body, in my bed, in my normal time in the past. Then I thought "Did that really happen?" and I was back, in my body, in my bed, in the future and able to move my body around. I went back and forth several times. It was strange in the future time because I did not have conscious remembrance of the events leading up to the emotional pain I was experiencing. There was a gap in my experience. I was crying racking sobs in the future experience, I knew my husband had left me, I was devastated. But at the same time, I knew this was not true yet, he had not left and everything was fine. Yet my body and being in the future was telling me something different. Then I was back in the past, in my body, in my bed, and feeling normal. My husband had not left and everything was fine. I was here, then here again in the future, then back here. I did this at will several times. Then about three months later I experienced it in the future. It came to pass, my husband left and I found myself in my bed, crying racking sobs, and I remembered my Time Jumping experience. I did not experience the Time Jumping again, from the future time. I believe this time overlap occurred because of the intense emotional pain I was experiencing. I call this a "time bleed through". I also coined "Time Jumping". I consider Time Jumping when it is a full body experience, which is different than past life recall, and a lot of other experiences where they feel more like a merging into and remembering as the experience happens. This was more of a full body, existing in the future, in my physical body, and able to stay if I wanted. I was there and I made the conscious decision to continue along my natural time line. That flipped me back to my normal time. There are so many ways to experience all these other realities and dimensions, it is very exciting. Jesus referred to them as "Many mansions." All the dimensions, first, second, third, fourth, fifth, six, through hundred, thousand, millionth, trillionth, etc.... and the realities within those dimensions merge into each other and also exist in the same space. These are not solid, with solid boundaries, like rooms. Things are more fluid, and we affect them by our thoughts, beliefs, and just the energy of our moving through them. They are all here now and we exist in and as all of them, as ONE. All we have to do is re-member. Still working toward higher and higher levels of consciousness... I hope this helps.
