On Dreams and Waking Up
Dear Lisa,
How do I become more conscious?
This is becoming conscious of your consciousness, which is a continual practice, as we are all working on becoming conscious of more and more of our consciousness as our consciousness expands...
To become conscious of other realms write down your dreams, everyday, before moving out of bed, or turning over - turning over changes the channel, so to speak. Put a pen and yellow pad within arms reach on the side of the bed you usually wake up facing. Set the alarm ten to twenty minutes early so you have plenty of time to remember your dream. Upon waking, keep your eyes closed and grab the first image or feeling. Write it down, - yes, with your eyes still closed. Then grab the next image or feeling, even if it is silly or vague. Continue until you get a rough outline, each image or feeling leading to the next.
Later, try to remember your dreams again and bring the energy forward as you copy them into a dream log. As you do this you are teaching your subconscious mind to build a bridge between realities.
Dreams are records of our travels. We all travel Out of Body. Most just don't remember it. We also travel through other peoples Mind Fields. That is why dreams are muddled. It is not all your stuff. It is many peoples stuff, all mixed up and on different layers and levels and it is in symbolic form. Your symbolic form, not like a cookie cutter symbology out of a book. Each person translates energies according to their experiences.
Still working toward higher and higher levels of consciousness...
I hope this helps. I have a book I am writing about lucid dreaming. I am awake in my dreams. I can change them, and do. I also have several pitches and screenplays in progress. Any publishers/agents interested in a look please contact me at my number on the left.
Mahalo and God Bless You All.
